Availability: Willing and able to entertain clients after hours and on weekends.
Confidence: Able to entertain clients and build strong relationships while maintaining firmness during negotiations.
Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate price increases and navigate challenging client relationships.
Adaptability: Thrive under pressure and excel in a constantly changing environment.
Event Planning: Capable of organizing golf days and client outings, including planning, coordinating, and executing these events.
Responsibilities: Entertain and engage with clients, both during and outside of regular business hours.
Plan, coordinate, and execute client events such as golf days and outings.
Negotiate and manage client agreements, including price adjustments.
Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
Adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
Analyze customer data, extract insights, and identify opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize account retention, growth, and success.
Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships with high----level decision makers.
Uncover needs, objectives, and strategic priorities.
Lead extensive contract negotiations.
Ensure customers success post on-boarding.Preferred experience, knowledge, and skills: A minimum of 3 years proven experience in Key/Senior Account Management in a service related industry.
Ability to retain and grow revenue from key customer accounts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong ability to maintain a high level of productivity with solid time management skills.
