Experience in the B2B fintech space is required.The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate self-starter with a hands-on approach, and strong communication and presentation skills. Being well organised is essential.The RoleEntersekt's Senior Key Account Manager will manage Entersekt's relationships with a portfolio of existing financial services clients. Our primary focus is on top-tier financial institutions. In this role, you will form and develop trusted business relationships with all key decision-makers and stakeholders. Your primary focus is supporting the client in meeting their strategic objectives and business needs via the Entersekt product offering. There is also a strong emphasis on growing the account.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of key clients, taking responsibility for the entire relationship, including strategic, commercial and operational aspectsDevelop relationships with key stakeholders with a view to driving strategic alignment and growing the account via upsell and cross-sell of Entersekt's productsLead all commercial negotiations and contracting processes with the clients in your portfolioOversee key account management best practices, coordinate activities, and measure progressWork with prospects and customers to understand their procurement processes and project timelinesProvide accurate reporting and forecasting for each of a portfolio of customers via SalesforceCompile and relay market intelligence and product requirements to the Product Development teamsAssess sales resources and identify ways to maximise the use and development of these resourcesAssist Marketing through collaboration on blogs, presentations, webinars, case studies, and other assetsSkills and ExperienceSuccessful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:5+ years account management experience in banking or other financial services or in the fintech spacePrevious success in selling complex B2B technology products.Record of working with enterprise customers and solving for their needs with a technology product offering.Proven track record of consistently exceeding targetsAccess to a network of executive and influencers in the relevant marketsWillingness and ability to travelPersonality AttributesConfident and assertive, able to take the lead in client meetings and presentationsProactive, takes the initiative, is able to problem-solveAbility to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirementsA strong generalist who enjoys the variety inherent in the roleHigh energy levels and resilience are key to being successful in an exciting and fast-growing fintech like Entersekt.We place a lot of value on how we treat prospective employees and appreciate the time and effort that goes into job hunting.
