CORE PURPOSE OF JOBProviding and maintaining ICT based solutions to meet users hardware, software and
network requirements as well as coordinating ICT support and service delivery on a designated
campus.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREASTo coordinate the work of a team of ICT technical staff including Laboratory technicians and ICT technical staffTo render PC software, hardware and network support.To render PC software, hardware and network support in student computer laboratories.To arrange warranty/repairs with vendors Provide advisory services to staff and students.
