Senior It Support Engineer

Manage desktop support across the Group, ensuring seamless service Patch servers and endpoints, install software, and maintain IT systems Troubleshoot networks, servers, and hardware Set up user accounts, solve printer issues, and keep the office running smoothly Jump into ad-hoc IT tasks as needed Your Skills and Experience Expert knowledge in: Active Directory, MS365, VMware, Fortigate, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Servers, and networking Minimum 7+ years of IT support experience (Sophos, Mimecast, Veeam knowledge is a plus) Great under pressure with strong troubleshooting and communication skills What Makes You Stand Out Proactive and flexible with a high attention to detail Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask Willingness to work after hours and tackle new challenges head-on Although you may not meet all the requirements needed, please still consider sending through your CV as we have many roles available and could possibly find another great opportunity for you!!
