Our client is seeking a Senior IT Solution Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist the sales team with designing IT solutions, demonstrating, presenting, and pricing to clients while developing new clients. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of competitive offerings across multiple industries. This role requires a professional who can work closely with Account Managers on competitive strategy, business plans, and action plans for IT Solutions sales.Assist the sales team with designing IT Solutions, demonstration, presentation and pricing to the clients.Develop new clients with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.Work with the Account Managers on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan for IT Solutions sales.Act as a technical consultant for customers by providing network design & planning proposals in the field.Manage marketing and promotion activities of IT solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Interact directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solutions/products and identify customer requirements.Analyse and trace development of the regional telecommunication market as well as the responsible account, output market strategy and promotion plan.Support field/customer requests for product support and problem resolution.The ideal candidate for this Senior IT Solution Manager position brings effective communication skills, persuasive presentation skills, and a proven ability to work within a team.
