Achieve and be rewarded!KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Partnering with Business Developers and Account Managers to determine staffing needsScreening resumesPerforming interviews with candidatesAdministering appropriate company assessmentsPerforming reference and background checksMaking recommendations to Business Development and Account ManagersCoordinating interviews with the hiring managersFollowing up on the interview process statusMaintaining relationships to ensure staffing goals are achievedCompleting timely reports on activityProfileMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMatric6+ years' experience in Recruitment
