Senior It Project/Program Manager

Responsible for leading and managing multiple complex customer facing IT Projects and Programs.Lead and manage multiple customer facing software delivery engagements.Stakeholder engagement.Identify and mitigate risks.Ensure that revenue forecasts, budgets and invoices are accurate and tracked regularly.Manage costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.Identify need for changes and revise within established guidelines/policies.Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery.Address performance issues within prescribed guidelines.Minimum Requirements:Matric / Grade 12Tertiary Qualification - Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent essentialProject management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP will be advantageousMinimum 10 years experience in managing complex IT software projects within Financial Services / Capital Market or Investment BankingExperience working with SME's in developing scope of large programsSolid understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data migration, Integration, Consolidation, Profiling and CleansingBetween 7 - 10 Years
