Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate across departments to design and document system solutions that align with business goals. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time. AI Integration & Automation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate tasks, improve efficiencies, and support better decision-making. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability within the organisation. Existing Solutions Enhancement: Analyse and optimise current systems to enhance performance and effectiveness. Make strategic recommendations for system upgrades and oversee implementation to meet evolving business needs. Strategy & Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, aligning technological advancements, such as AI, with business strategy to ensure the organisation remains competitive and innovative. Data & Business Process Optimisation: Analyse database structures and provide actionable insights to help leverage business data for process improvements. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions. Skills & Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and solve complex problems. Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in business analysis methodologies and AI integration strategies. Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams. Strong technical knowledge, including working with relational databases, SQL, and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Education & Experience: 12-15 years of experience in business analysis and system development, with exposure to FMCG, distribution, or related sectors. Degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced Degrees are preferred). Proven track record in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams. Experience with technologies such as .NET, HTML5, Blazor C#, Syspro, and Tableau, is a plus.
