Senior Business AnalystReference: BIT002621-CdP-2A prominent player in the wine industry, operating within South Africa, as well as the exclusive importers for selected French champagne labels, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Cape Town.Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob Description SummaryPerform the role of Project Manager/Leader / Business Analyst, for the implementation of software products and solutions. The primary purpose for the role is to establish Business Analysis and Project process methodologies into the IS Department and greater business. Work closely with the software development team in leveraging the benefits of technology to deliver services and solutions. Drive continuous improvement of business processes, solutions, and efficiencies.Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Research and document the deliverables that are required of the solution to support the business/department objectives (Solution design).Collaborate and meet with various departments in order to ensure alignment in terms of project deliverables and requirements.Coordinate project activity and ensure deliverables are met and project is kept within scope.Testing and the coordination thereof to ensure the solution delivers as per the solution design and is quantitatively accurate.Develop and introduce change management initiatives to support the introduction of new solutions and ways of working.Coordinate training and handover of solutions to the end-user departments.Analyse existing solutions to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.This includes the following:Analyse system functionality vs business requirements and make recommendations on improvements and enhancements.Consider the suitability of existing technology and/or platforms.Develop a solution design proposal.Oversee/Project manage the implementation of new functionality and enhancements with the relevant stakeholders.Educational Requirements:Matric (Required)BSC in computer science or other relevant degree (Required)Apply now!For more information contact:Chanel du PlessisSenior IT Recruitment Consultant+27 87 378 8857Alternatively, email your CV to: ******: 900,000.00 - 1,152,000.00 Annually plus Free Lunch, Provident Fund, Medical Aid (Optional)
