We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Internal Auditor (x2). Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for and assisting in the planning, reviewing, reporting, and performance of audit assignments, internal control frameworks, and risk assessments, including tests of controls and/or tests of detail including (but not limited to): financial audits, IT audits, internal controls, operational performance, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, accreditation standards, contracts, compliance with company policies and procedures, and fraud investigations. Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment under the direction of a more experienced internal auditor. Adheres to all corporate policies and procedures as well as professional ethical standards. Complies with the Risk Management Framework. Attends to adhoc tasks and projects as allocated from time to time by the Manager.
With Hollywoodbets You Will: Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring: Completed bachelor's degree, majoring in Auditing3 – 5 years of experience in Accounting/Internal AuditingComputer LiteracyA Bonus To Have: 2 – 3 years administration experienceValid Driver's LicenseOwn vehicle and flexibility to travelWhat You'll Do For The Brand: Financial Metrics/Operational Duties Prepare and complete the Internal Control FrameworkComplete initial risk assessment and ratingExecute test of controlsDocument the outcome of tests and relevant findingsAssess the effectiveness of controls and rate the residual riskIdentify gaps in processes and related controlsFormulate recommendations for improvementAddress review queries timeouslyComplete audit tasks and projects as allocated by the Managers within the set timeframesTake ownership and accountability for allocated internal audit tasksThoroughly and timely review findings and investigative leadsEnsure compliance with legislation, business policies, and proceduresCollaborate with team members across multiple divisionsSubmit daily reports detailing work completedPrepare related internal audit reportingAddress Senior Internal Audit Manager queries on reportsAttend to adhoc tasks and projects as allocatedReviewing and Reporting Review the Internal Control Frameworks and audit findingsAssist in the application of samplingPrepare related reporting for the audit areaAddress Manager queries on reportsDirect, guide, supervise, and train the Junior Internal AuditorsIdentify gaps or opportunities for improvementLead teams to monitor, investigate, and advise on the internal audit processInvestigate any possible fraudRemain updated with procedure changes and related lawsAssist with operational procedure enhancementPeople Identification of training needs for Junior Internal AuditorsPromotion of a healthy and fair work environmentConduct performance reviews of Junior Internal AuditorsCommunicate in a professional mannerCompliance, Risk and Quality Maintain and enforce company policiesEnsure compliance with Risk ManagementProduce high-quality, logical, and easy-to-understand documentationReport suspicious behavior and fraud findingsPromote a culture of confidentialityGrowth and New Markets/Products Source new products and innovationsAssist with or lead company projects as allocatedWhat You'll Bring To The Team: Strong communication skillsHigh energy levelStrong sense of personal accountabilityGood customer orientation and service excellenceStrong analytical abilitiesPlease be advised that should you not be contacted within 30 days, kindly consider your application to be unsuccessful.
