Senior/Intermediate Phase Educator

Is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English, and can teach all subjects* in Intermediate/Senior phase up to grade 9 level.Understands and can effectively use formative assessment and will keep up to date with marking and corrective feedback.Will set high but attainable standards, goals, and expectations for themselves and for the children.Has effective classroom management and discipline skills.Is able and willing to be trained in evidence-based instruction and to implement such training in their classroom teaching practice.Will always uphold the rules, discipline, core values and Christian ethos of the school.Has a genuine love of children, have a real interest in their future and a working knowledge and understanding of child maturation and development.
