Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, translating their needs into creative and practical design solutions.Utilize your advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit to develop detailed plans, 3D models, and comprehensive design presentations.Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and detailing with clarity and precision.Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring all designs are feasible, functional, and meticulously detailed.Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client communication.Lead project teams, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Qualifications: Hold an undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in interior design or interior architecture.Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to create and manage detailed design models.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively interface with clients and team members.Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong design and technical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.Experience in leading and managing project teams, with a focus on collaboration and achieving project goals.South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa.Why Join Us?
