Responsibilities: Manage key stakeholder communication across client, influencer teams and Open X partners.Receive and facilitate briefing process between the strategic agency and the implementation partners from E2E and Connections strategy workflow.Project management lead on all influencer campaigns – coordinate tasks between influencer, strategy, creative and media teams to ensure seamless operations and deadlines are being met.Ownership of billings process for influencer services on TCCC. Keeping track of CE's, PO's and invoices.Track the status of influencer campaigns across the OU.Ensure the status tracker is up to date.Send contact reports post meetings.Manage collaborations with KOLs for online advocacy, monitoring the process, and reporting effectiveness. Manage third party suppliers.Assist in the development, planning and execution of influencer strategies under the guidance of the Regional Influencer Director.Ensure that post campaign reports are sent out.Ensure complete visibility of the status of all influencer campaigns.Ensure all influencer campaigns are executed.Ensure strong communication between all internal and external stakeholders.Project manage all influencer campaigns through the execution link.Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in trafficking or project management – preferably in an influencer marketing agency.Experience working with global and local brands in influencer marketing.Strong understanding of influencer marketing and influencer content.Excellent understanding of social media platforms, paid media, rules and regulations, and content moderation.Experience with a social management system/tool.Experience in team management and development.Demonstrated business acumen and track record of successful campaigns.Strong strategic skills and the ability to apply them.Makes the complex seem simple by using intelligence, natural intuition, research, and data.Track record of developing deep consumer understandings, strategic insights, and innovative ideas for brands.
