Senior Industrial & Mechanical Engineer

Applicant Requirements
Applicants must have the following requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Must have 10-12 years of experience in Mechanical Systems Engineering, within the built environment, property, and facilities management sectors.
Knowledge: Must have knowledge and experience of mechanical systems and design management.
Project Management Skills: Must have project management skills to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
Regulatory Knowledge: Must have knowledge of legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and industry guidelines.
Proficiency: Must be proficient in CAD, mechanical modelling, and Microsoft Projects.
