Senior Industrial Engineer

Areas of Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of software implementation projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct project risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
Analyze customer contracts and specifications to understand logistics requirements.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and customer expectations.
Coordinate with customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Develop and implement logistics support plans to meet customer needs.

Continuous Improvement:
Analyze current logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Benchmark against industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support related to Vantage.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Data Accuracy:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the system.

KPI Management:
Develop and track KPIs to measure logistics performance and project success.
Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics.
