Senior Industrial Engineer

Our client is seeking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join their company.
Job Function:

Leading a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists which provides support to the operational departments.
This includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize, and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems.

Key performance areas:

Project Management
Process and System design and implementation
Continuously improvement of processes and systems
Team Management
Workload management
Process and System failure root-cause analysis
Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with client and the company

Skills and Qualifications required:

5 years' or more working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Cyclic Logistics
Proven track record of Successful Project Management
Previous leadership experience
Prior Automotive experience will be an advantage
B.Eng. Industrial Master's diploma / NQF level 8. (This would include an Honours degree. Could take 1 to 2 years to complete)
