Craft and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for both individual and group clients across Southern Africa.Conduct meticulous assessments of agents' needs to provide high-quality services tailored to their requirements, budget, and capabilities.Develop imaginative strategies to create and compile B2B quotations and itineraries.Compile and manage rooming lists.Manage release dates of services booked.Design bespoke leisure itineraries innovatively tailored to the preferences of individual travelers and groups.Ensure precise and punctual completion of all quotations, consistently meeting specified deadlines.Maintain open and effective communication with agents throughout the entire quotation process until finalizing arrangements.Follow up diligently on quotations to promptly secure confirmations.Issue invoices to agents upon confirmation of bookings, ensuring accuracy.Correctly submit invoices for payment along with the costing sheet for every file.Promptly address client inquiries and acknowledge new requests.Provide daily updates to the Managing Director in a timely manner.Ensure agents adhere to payment and cancellation terms.Enforce compliance with supplier booking and cancellation policies, making timely adjustments as needed.Negotiate with suppliers to secure better rates for confirmed business.Hand over finalized quotations to the operations team for ground service management.Ensure clients receive their finalized itineraries and hotel vouchers promptly, prepared by the operations team.Maintain consistent and transparent communication with agents, sales teams, preferred suppliers, and colleagues.Be willing to work additional hours when necessary-Essential.Actively promote products and services to enhance guest experiences.Conduct thorough research to explore various travel destinations and provide informed recommendations.Research destination specifics, including travel costs, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.Renegotiate confirmed files with suppliers to obtain rate reductions.Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages promptly.Be available after hours for any emergencies via telephone or in the office.
