Position: German Senior Tour Consultant
Location: Cape Town/Waterfront – Office Based
Salary: R35 – R45 000 PM + Commission: R6000 pm - R10 000 pm
A leading established Boutique-style Tour Operator, based in Cape Town, is looking for an experienced German Senior Tour Consultant to join their team, planning individual (FITs) travelers' holidays.
Criteria:Matric + Tourism Diploma/Degree/Certificate (Preferable but not essential)Fluent German – written and spokenValid work permit or permanent SA ID - EssentialExperience in selling bespoke East Africa or Southern Africa luxury travel productsPassion for travel; MS Office and WETU are the systems to work onVast product knowledge, e.g., Namibia, Victoria Falls, Botswana5-7 years working experience in a DMC environment – FITS. German marketWorking with renowned tour operators and businesses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg to create tailor-made luxury safari holidays to Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
