As a Senior Inbound Consultant, you will handle inbound tour operator enquiries, working with a wide range of overseas partners and local suppliers to create bespoke itineraries and travel packages.
Your in-depth knowledge of Southern African destinations, coupled with your ability to manage bookings from start to finish, will be critical in delivering seamless and memorable journeys.

Requirements Passion for Travel: Demonstrate enthusiasm and expertise in the travel industry.
Tour Consulting: Handle international inbound tour consulting, including designing itineraries for FIT and ad hoc group inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Southern Africa destinations and products.
Package Creation: Design and quote packages for agent websites and tailor-made enquiries.
Sales Techniques: Apply strong sales skills to convert leads into business.
Booking Management: Manage bookings from inception to completion.
Supplier Engagement: Negotiate with Southern African suppliers to secure optimal services and prices.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide specialist destination advice to agents.
Multitasking: Balance multiple quotes and bookings efficiently.
After-Hours Support: Handle after-hours calls on a rotational basis.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound tour consulting.
Experience working with overseas tour operators.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and professional email and telephonic communication.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset and a strong understanding of corporate customer protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
