The minimum requirements include:MatricReceipt of Documents / Shipping InstructionsMonitoring documents and requests from Clients and Head Office and acting accordinglyRequesting original documents timeouslyPrepare and complete every file for invoicing, ensuring customer documents are delivered on timeEnsuring that files are invoiced out according to rate profilesRaising of Purchase Orders to SuppliersAssisting with any Logistics calculations on Import ShipmentsFollowing a quote system and saving all quotes on the network for easy accessObtaining approval of quotes from the department manager prior to sendingPreparing estimates for logistics quotesNegotiating best possible rates for ocean/air/road/rail to secure the businessControlling and managing company freight rates, noting validities and updating when necessaryProducing estimates within the required time constraints, but with precision and accuracyAssisting with tender rate preparationsCompleting estimates/proposals as per company quote templatesUpdating client rate schedules as and when requiredRegistration of shipments on CargowiseRequesting for SOB DetailsRequesting for Shipping Line ChargesEnsuring that all Shipping Line Charges are correct and signed off for paymentLiaising with 3rd Party service providersExtensive knowledge regarding INCOTERMSConsultantVonne Scholtz - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver LakesApply via our website: www.dantesa.co.zaIf you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful.Package & RemunerationMonthly consulting
