Your Role at impact.com:As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for learning impact.com's technology and to assist with proposing and implementing technical solutions for our clients on the company's SaaS platform. Working alongside the Onboarding, Client Success and other internal teams, you will interact with clients (business and technology), answering questions about the integration process, best practices and impact.com's technology with the goal of getting clients live with their implementations in a timely manner.
What You'll Do:Keep up-to-date with impact.com's technology and industry updatesDesign solutions & drive technical implementation of new and existing impact.com clientsLead technical conversations to scope and propose best solution based on clients' business needsDevelop and contribute to platform's technical integration documentationWork hand-in-hand with our Onboarding team to provide customers with a best-in-class streamlined onboarding experienceSupport Sales and Pre-Sales teams as a product specialist and technical resource for complex deals and general knowledge sharingTroubleshoot client issues as encountered during the onboarding processWhat You Have: Self-starter with a focus on creating and/or refining operational processesVoracious learner who is willing to be out of their comfort zoneNatural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of the client's challengesPassion for solving customer issues in a fast paced environmentPhenomenal problem-solving & troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal & written communication in English, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audienceExpert-level knowledge and significant practical experience in utilizing web technologies including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, SQL and REST APIsAssist junior team members in increasingly complex integrations as well as for rescoping requestsLead team enablement sessions and serve as SME on impact.com's one or more integration methodologiesSignificant hands-on experience in the design and implementation of medium to complex client solutions on SaaS platforms, preferably in digital marketing domainBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related Science or Commerce disciplineProven performance in an Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity.4-6 years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology focused company. Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.
