SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (UPINGTON) Requirements: - A relevant HR qualification (degree or diploma) is preferable.
- 8 years of experience in HR (experience in the transport/logistics industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and NBCRFLI agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities : - Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and industry standards.
- Lead performance management, employee relations and training initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Partner with management to support organizational goals.
