Location: SA - Mpumalanga, Nelspruit / Mbombela

Senior Human Resources Officer
Salary: R50 000 - R60 000 ctc Per Month
A well-known education institute has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with education policies, and contributing to the strategic development of the HR department.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Prior experience in the education sector is preferred
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Duties:

Recruitment and selection
Onboarding of new employees
Providing support to the HR department
Preparing HR reports as required

Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
