Overview Job Description: Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive who has the strategic ability to weave divergent stakeholder views together in a functional way. A person with high strategic potential who wants to give back and create a sustainable organization in the various countries of operation is preferable. The ability to understand different worldviews and bring them together in an inclusive, systemic, and respectful manner is important in this role. A time frame of discredit of longer than 5 years is critical—that will balance short term needs with long term drives. A sociable, logical, and methodical leader who can make links, parallel process, and organize differently in different contexts is preferred.
