Senior Hrbp (Contract)

Our client in the petrochemical industry is looking for a Senior HRBP to join their team on a contract basis.Must have:Relevant Degree in HRAvailable immediatelyAt least 5 years' experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner operating at a strategic level with leadership or executive leadership.Experience managing, mentoring & coaching in HR disciplines such as:Disciplinary mattersRecruitment and selectionEmployment Equity and Skills DevelopmentStrategic StaffingHR reporting and analysisPayroll query managementKnowledge in Employment law - good understanding of internal and external motion proceedingsKnowledge in collective labour law - engagement and facilitation in Union forumsComputer literateInterested and available immediately, please email your CV to ****** note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
