Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications or a Masters degree is a plus).8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies is preferred.A hands-on approach with a strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities :HR Strategy Development & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Drive the development and implementation of HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and support growth.Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts high-caliber talent. Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations and addressing any concerns. Promote open communication and ensure alignment with the company's values and culture.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that include setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to optimize employee performance.HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company is compliant with all labor laws and regulations.
