Responsible for creating and enabling the environment to drive performance and employee engagement by partnering with the management team in order to achieve the company's key imperatives. The key focus areas being employee relations, talent and performance management, training and development, and driving and sustaining culture.Responsibilities:Manage all employee relations matters including all IR queries, misconduct, performance management, disability enquiries, and CCMA cases.Oversee all Talent Acquisition / Recruitment activities ensuring all vacancies are filled with the best calibre, in the shortest possible time.Create an outstanding employee experience through culture and brand aligned induction programs to ensure successful orientation of new associates, carrying this through their first-year journey of the business.Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs through constant liaison with Line managers.Drive performance and careers discussions within departments to encourage talent mobility across the division and Group.Conduct talent reviews with Line managers to build succession plans.Actively support employment equity goals promoting diversity and inclusion.Promote and ensure fair employee practices and people culture development.Conceptualize and implement projects in the business aligned to the company strategy.Implement key employee wellness initiatives into the business and drive/manage HR analytics.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.5 - 8 years of Senior HRBP experience, with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution.Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Ability to engage with the business and understand their goals and needs.You are service-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative, and a strong communicator.The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
