This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hospital Catering Manager at Reef Caterers Health Care Division in Sandton. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day catering operations, managing food service staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating catering events.

Food Service, Cooking, and Catering skills
Customer Service and Food & Beverage skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience in menu planning and food preparation
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to manage budgets and inventory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
