What is required To assist in the preparation of conceptual and schematic design plans and reportsTo participate in design workshops with clients and staff as requiredTo liaise with clients understand the project scope in accordance with the project requirements and deliver excellence in designEstablish general landscape requirements with clientsPrepare detailed plans and drawings of the designs for projects construction details and specificationsLead Design team from concept to construction documentationStrong presentations skillsTake ownership of projectsExcellent track record of the delivery of projectsMinimum Requirements: Strong Landscape Architecture and project management skillsKnowledge of design trends, techniques, materials and world class practiceA recognized landscape architectural professional certificationProven track record of design, tender and construction processes with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in designAbility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary design and delivery teamsQualification:
