Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of conceptual and schematic design plans and reports.
Participate in design workshops with clients and staff as required.
Liaise with clients to understand the project scope in accordance with the project requirements and deliver excellence in design.
Establish general landscape requirements with clients.
Prepare detailed plans and drawings of the designs for project construction details and specifications.
Lead design team from concept to construction documentation.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
Take ownership of projects.
Maintain an excellent track record of project delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong landscape architecture and project management skills.
Knowledge of design trends, techniques, materials, and world-class practices.
A recognized landscape architectural professional certification.
Proven track record of design, tender, and construction processes with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design.
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams.

Qualifications:

Hold a qualification in Horticulture.
Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
