Senior Guide - Luxury Game Lodge - Hoedspruit

Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Guide to join a prestigious luxury game lodge in Hoedspruit. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to lead unforgettable guest experiences in the heart of the bush.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct game drives and interpret wildlife and ecosystems for guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Provide exceptional guest service and enhance their overall stay at the lodge.
Share knowledge of local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts.
Assist in the training and development of junior guides and lodge staff.
Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during all guest interactions and activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' guiding experience in a luxury game lodge or similar environment.
FGASA Level 1 or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local fauna and flora, as well as the surrounding ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about conservation and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R10,000 - R15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
