Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :Review and approve the sampling strategy that suits the business requirementDecide on the Calibration Process and variance targetReview and approve the Quality Standard DocumentAssist the Operations Team with customer complaint & resolution process for the teams.
(Not applicable for some teams)Ensure that the Quality Process adheres to the Quality StandardRegular Performance Review of QA / AM / DMConduct skip level meetings with the advisors and QA'sAttend Learning Academy Training and BPET Training roadmap for self developmentComplete the Green Belt certification and role roadmapDrive high impacting six sigma and Lean ProjectsMentor team members to improve performance and behaviorUnderstand VOC / VOE and implement actions to improve the performance on themParticipate in WNS BPET initiativesAchieve QNS target through Quality InitiativesRegular interaction with clients and maintain good relationshipMentor Yellow Belt & White Belt projects in the teamDeploy standard Quality FrameworkInitiate and mentor vertical level initiativeAssist the Operations team during migration in terms of base lining and QA identificationSkills required :Knowledge on the Process Improvement toolsPresentation and CRM skillsAnalytical skills and time managementExcellent Communication skills – verbal and writtenMentor DR and succession planningMaintain healthy internal and external client and stakeholder relationshipInterpersonal skills and people skills (People Management)Risk Identification and mitigation skillShould have sound knowledge of migrationPMP skillsExperience (if any) :Preferably should have worked in a Quality fieldPreferably the candidate from the Travel BackgroundAt least 7-8 years of experience in the Quality RolePreferably should have completed a project or should have been a part of any projectQualificationsEducational Qualification :GraduateMS Office KnowledgeGood Excel KnowledgeAdditional Information
