Senior Group Accountant

The Senior Group Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely production of consolidated financial information for our client.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Assist with external JSE reporting of consolidated group financialsPrepare separate and annual financial statements of subsidiaries companiesPrepare actual monthly consolidated group management accountsPrepare annual budget and quarterly forecast consolidated group management accountsAssist with the group automated consolidation processesGroup income and deferred tax reportingAssist with corporate transactionsAssist with the preparation of statutory and internal reporting documents and requirementsAssist in establishing and improving automated internal reportingAnalyse and report on financial dataAd-hoc assistance to the finance team, as requiredKnowledge and Experience Required: 1-3 years post article experienceFMCG Industry experience advantageousSyspro and Qlikview experience advantageousSalary: Market related and depending on experience, between R500k-R900k p.a.
