Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing & designing of dynamic marketing campaigns.
Content generation for distribution across multiple platforms.
Innovative contemporary content creation and ideation.
Project management and organization of toolkits and files sharing of collateral.
Fluent in liaising with internal & external vendors, suppliers and printers.
Facilitate reproduction and printing, proofing and QC.
Translating, generating and executing of briefs.
Ensuring all work aligns to core brand positioning & guidelines.
Ensuring production deadlines are met.
Give guidance and leadership to the Junior designers and Interns within the team.
Take on certain responsibilities and show initiative in the absence of the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 5 years previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
At least 2-3 years in a management/leadership role.
Diploma in Graphic Design.
Photography, videography & Video editing knowledge essential.
Animation advantageous.
Experience in photo shoot production essential.
A love & passion for the Culture of Streetwear and lifestyle advantageous.

Able to work under pressure in a high pace environment and has lots of energy & drive.
Organized, deadline driven and has great time management skills.
Flexible and multi-tasked with attention to detail.
An in depth understanding of Production, typography and design thinking.
Knowledge of print and digital content production.
Understanding of digital principles, content creation for social platforms.
Up-to-date with industry related trends. From Marketing to Design to A.I.
Efficient use & knowledge of Apple Mac OS & Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects is essential.
Has an eye for communication design, layout and balanced compositions.
Able to translate creative direction and critique.
A high level of creativity and has the ability to be innovative & elevate.
