Requirements: Bachelor's or master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA or similar designation is a plus. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel; experience with portfolio management tools is advantageous. 7+ years in senior roles within private debt, private equity, or asset management, with a proven track record in fund management. Advanced financial modelling, due diligence, and risk analysis skills to manage complex financial structures. Solid understanding of legal frameworks in debt financing and investment agreements.
