Asara Wine Estate & Hotel (Pty) Ltd in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is looking for a friendly team player with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English). The ideal candidate is service orientated, has the ability to multitask and work accurately and calmly under pressure, is well presented & well spoken. The candidate would need to be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. This is a necessity and non-negotiable. Own transport essential.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):Ensure hotel charges are processed diligently to guest's accountsInvoices are accurateBilling instructions are verifiedAll necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlementsRespond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and servicesEssential qualifications, skills and experience:Bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related fieldMinimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Associate/Front office cashier in a hotelExcellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)Knowledge of Opera/Fidelio/Protel/other world Class Property Management System
