Reference: 10052 CDS Consultant: Carinade SwardtJob Description:Guest Service Excellence Oversee all aspects of guest service, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient service, and memorable dining experiences.Proactively identify and address guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Build strong relationships with members and guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.Implement and maintain high standards of service and hospitality.Team Leadership Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team, including servers and hosts/hostesses.Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.Motivate and inspire the team to achieve service excellence and exceed guest expectations.Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.Operational Excellence Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including table management, order taking, food and beverage service, and cashiering.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant and dining areas.Implement and monitor service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.Manage restaurant inventory and supplies effectively.Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.Represent the restaurant at club events and functions as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (preferably within the hospitality or golf industry).Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in POS systems and other relevant restaurant management software.Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices.Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
