Senior Fleet Controller required for a reputable construction company based in East London , Eastern CapeRequirements and Responsibilities:Plant hire experience beneficialDegree/Diploma in LogisticsDebtors control experience Fleet and logistics experience essentialVehicle Management: Monitoring the fleet's condition, maintenance schedules, and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.Routing and Dispatching: Planning and optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption and time spent on the road.Cost Management: Budgeting and cost control measures, such as fuel usage monitoring, maintenance costs, and repairs.Compliance: Ensuring all vehicles meet legal and safety regulations, including licensing, inspections, and emissions standards.Data Analysis: Utilizing fleet management software to track and analyze data on vehicle performance, driver behaviour, and operational metrics.Team Supervision: Leading a team of fleet coordinators or drivers, providing guidance, training, and resolving operational issuesShould you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kerry O'Hagan at
