Duties & Responsibilities Process and direct bulk fines received from service providers Process and direct private fines received via email from various inhouse departments Communication regarding processes, queries / grievances to complainants Request and/or Retrieve fines from Service Provider and other platforms to assist proses and upload on Drive for various departments to access Daily record keeping of Pvt fines  Distribute Proof of payment's of paid fines to relevant in-house clients and departments Follow up on all outstanding requests with Service provider Communicate with inhouse departments retrieving information and documents to resolve issues and limit our liability with regards to fines Monthly audit and processing of Service Provider invoice
Skills Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent telephone etiquette Stress tolerance Excellent computer skills Adapt to immediate process changes Spot and communicate potential issues Teamwork orientated 
Further Requirements 30 years and older in age Must reside in Pretoria East area (will be working from the Silver Lakes branch) Experience in the motor industry will be advantageous  Must have own reliable transport Minimum education: Grade 12 No criminal record Available 2 January 2025
