Job Requirements:Bachelor in Accounting5 years of experience in Financial ManagementDriver's LicenseAbility to ensure compliance with legal and audit requirementsJob Duties:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization's financial decisions.Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for various departments or the organization as a whole, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Financial Reporting: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights to management.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, market, and operational risks.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations, while maximizing investments and minimizing costs.Investment Oversight: Manage investment portfolios and develop strategies to enhance returns while adhering to risk tolerance and organizational goals.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, including timely filing of financial reports and taxes.Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.Team Leadership: Supervise and support the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Cost Reduction and Efficiency: Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategies to improve financial efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and assist in budgeting and financial planning.Liaison with Auditors: Act as the primary contact for external auditors, facilitating audits and addressing any issues raised.Salary:R55 000 to R80 000 CTC
