Senior Financial Manager

Do you have between 3-5 years post-articles experience as a CA(SA) specializing in the media and entertainment industry and are ready to step into a new adventure as a Senior Financial Manager?My client is one of the major global music companies, part of a larger corporation and multinational conglomerate based in Asia.The successful incumbent will report to the CFO and will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the company's financial strategy. This includes assisting and advising to develop financial plans and providing financial direction. The role involves the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system, identifying and investigating fundraising strategies and investment opportunities, and managing mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities also include reviewing quarterly and annual financial reports, planning, implementing and managing the company's annual financial reports, managing and reviewing the company budget, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including clients, investors, and regulatory officials.Job Experience and Skills Required:CA(SA) - non-negotiable3-5 years post-articles experience2+ years in a similar or managerial roleIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
