Senior Finance Accountant JSE Listed Real Estate Leader Our client, a JSE listed giant in the Real Estate sector, with over 20 years of market presence and a footprint across Africa, is looking to expand their Finance team with the addition of a Senior Finance Accountant.Ideal Candidate:Must have SAICA articles and a minimum of 6 years of post-articles experience, ideally within the property (real estate) space.Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, liaison with auditors, and consolidations.This high-impact role reports directly to the Finance Director, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make strategic financial decisions.Responsibilities Include:Preparing and analysing financial reports.Managing budgets and forecasts.Handling foreign exchange exposures.Leading consolidations across multiple entities.Liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance and smooth financial operationsJob Experience and Skills Required:BCom AccountingSAICA articles -Non-negotiableMastery of both the English and French6 years of relevant Real Estate experienceConsolidationsIFRS 16 - LeasingApply Now!
