Senior Finance Accountant JSE Listed Real Estate Leader Our client, a JSE listed giant in the Real Estate sector, with over 20 years of market presence and a footprint across Africa, is looking to expand their Finance team with the addition of a Senior Finance Accountant. Ideal Candidate: Must have SAICA articles and a minimum of 6 years of post-articles experience, ideally within the property (real estate) space. Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, liaison with auditors, and consolidations. This high-impact role reports directly to the Finance Director, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make strategic financial decisions. Responsibilities Include: Preparing and analysing financial reports. Managing budgets and forecasts. Handling foreign exchange exposures. Leading consolidations across multiple entities.
