Senior Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Manage cost accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis specific to plant operations.Monitor and analyze production costs, and support operational efficiency improvements.Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into plant performance.Collaborate with plant management to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage internal and external audits.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.Qualifications:CA(SA) qualification with 3 years of post-articles experience.Proven experience in plant manufacturing or a related industry.Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Apply Now!
