Job & Company DescriptionsA multinational company in the construction sector is currently looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Financial Accountant you will responsible for the following:Creditors, including preparing reconciliations (assisting in full function)Debtors, including processing invoices and then performing the recovery monthly invoices (assisting with full function)Month End processesFull control of Fixed AssetsYear-end audit and preparation of the audit fileCosting and controlPreparing monthly management accountsCalculation of depreciationManaging provisions and accrualsProcessing Journals (including Payroll related journals)Preparing of payments lists and requisitionsIncome tax and vat submission (communication with the SARS to resolve any tax complication)Ad hoc dutiesJob Experience and Skills Required:Completed MatricCompleted Bcom AccountingMinimum 5 - 10 years experience in a similar roleExperience in Multinational industry
