Senior Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualification or working towards one (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred but not mandatory.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mining and energy sector.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS).Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Apply Now!
