The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial activities, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a CA(SA) qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in the property industry. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Identify financial risks and opportunities for the company.
