Senior Financial ManagerOur client is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join a diverse group of individuals working together in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions, reconciliations, and reporting are accounted for accurately.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to: Monthly/quarterly management reportsAnalytical reportingData integrityCorporate Governance:Board reporting and minutesAuditsTax management and complianceRegulatory requirementsTransfer pricing governanceContracts managementFunds and Assets Management:Forecasts and going concernCash flowCAPEXRobust and Critical Systems and Controls:ERPPolicies and proceduresFinance Staffing:Structure maintenanceKPI managementDesired Experience & QualificationsAreas of responsibility: B Com (Accounting) with completed Articles, CA (SA), CIMA or equivalent.Accounting review experience.Minimum 3 years managerial experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Knowledge of IFRS.Demonstrates consistent behavior aligned with the Organizational Performance & Culture.Experience in Navision/Business Central.SOX experience.Experience in reviewing AFS.Package & RemunerationMarket related
