Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes collaboratively. Partner with sales and operational teams to drive execution. Lead monthly financial close and ensure accurate reporting. Manage working capital, including customer collections and supplier payments. Prepare board packs to communicate business performance and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA preferred. 10 years of experience in finance, particularly in manufacturing.
