Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to safeguard assets and optimize financial performance. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making on investments, capital projects, and business expansion opportunities. Evaluate and advise on the financial implications of strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
